Jessica Kuk

Jessica Kuk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical operations and project management within the healthcare and energy sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Technical Operations and Program Leader for Patient Services Rare Disease at Ipsen since January 2021, Jessica has a proven track record in developing and managing patient services programs, driving operational efficiencies, and leading high-profile strategic projects. Formerly Director of Transformation Lead at Lash Group, Jessica demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration, client management, and team leadership. Previous roles include senior positions at Duke Energy Corporation, Bank of America, Michelin, and UTI Integrated Logistics, where Jessica successfully led initiatives in operational excellence, change management, and process improvement. Jessica holds an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a BA in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of South Carolina Aiken.
