Romone Fancy

Romone Fancy is an experienced scientist with extensive expertise in downstream process development, currently serving as Scientist II/Project Leader at KBI Biopharma since October 2018. Prior roles include Scientist I/Project Leader at KBI Biopharma and Researcher III at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where responsibilities included instructing Chemistry lab students and leading multidisciplinary projects. Additionally, Romone contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of South Carolina, developing methods for pancreatic islet models. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. and Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina.
