Phil Hinitt has over 18 years of professional experience in marketing, digital management, and insurance. Phil began their career in 2002 as an Insurance Supervisor at the Royal Bank of Scotland. In 2006, Phil joined Wagamama as an Online Marketing Executive and Marketing Executive. Phil was promoted to Senior Digital Executive in 2011. In 2014, Phil moved to the Casual Dining Group as Digital Manager. In 2017, Phil founded KABAB Ltd. In 2020, Phil founded Dollop Brand Consultancy and was appointed Global Head of Marketing and Brand Manager at KBOX Global.
