Marc Wear

Marc Wear is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Senior Director, IC Growth Lead at KBR, Inc. since October 2020, where responsibilities include identifying and capturing new business opportunities in collaboration with the Intel Division Vice President. Prior to this role, Marc was the Director of Business Development and later the Director of the IC Enterprise Analytics Operating Unit at Centauri, which was acquired by KBR. Additionally, Marc held various positions at Integrity Applications Incorporated, including Program Manager before its acquisition and rebranding, and served as a Senior Operations Research Analyst at Engility Corporation, developing financial models to support U.S. Government acquisitions. Earlier in the career, Marc managed operations at Integrity Applications and worked as a Legislative Analyst at Stateside Associates, as well as Chief of Staff for the Virginia House of Delegates. Marc earned a Master of Science in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from William & Mary.
