Pradeep Nair

Pradeep Nair is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in global operations across various sectors, primarily in the oilfield industry. Currently serving as Payroll Manager for Global Operations at KBR, Inc. since April 2015, Pradeep leads payroll functions for a company with over 25,000 employees worldwide. Prior experience includes roles at Baker Hughes from 2002 to 2015, where responsibilities progressed from Payroll Specialist to Payroll and Benefits Reporting Manager for the Middle East and Africa region. Earlier career stages included a position as Payroll Accountant at Halliburton from 1999 to 2001. Pradeep holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Economics from both the University of Mumbai and S.I.E.S.
