Mark Stefanick

Mark Stefanick, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC, having previously held the role of Senior Director of Benefits. With extensive experience in human resources and operations, Mark has held leadership positions such as Director of Safety at Uslbm and Senior Director of Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits at SRS Distribution Inc. Prior to these roles, Mark dedicated over three decades to Ferguson Enterprises, where responsibilities spanned across Total Rewards, Career Development, and regional operations management. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
