Gary Ware

Gary Ware has a comprehensive work experience spanning several industries. Gary started their career in 2005 as a Technical Support Specialist at Bright House Networks, where they provided technical support for internet services. Gary then worked at Tribune Media as an E-commerce Support supervisor, managing a team and coordinating with vendors.

In 2010, Gary became a Student Content Liaison at Full Sail University, overseeing the management of student-created content for marketing and public relations purposes. Gary then joined AdventHealth as a Customer Service Analyst, providing level one call center support and maintaining the Help Desk knowledge base.

Moving into the software development field, Gary worked at Viewpost as a Quality Assurance Engineer, identifying and documenting issues in financial applications. Gary also worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at TravelTab, where they tested mobile and desktop applications used in the travel and E-commerce sectors.

Gary gained experience as a Junior .NET Developer at TravelTab, where they developed and maintained applications to enhance the customer experience. At Satcom Direct, they worked as a Quality Assurance Software Engineer, ensuring data validity and availability for customers traveling on privately owned aircraft.

Continuing their software development career, Gary worked as a Software Engineer at Astronics Test Systems, where they developed and maintained backend APIs. Gary then joined SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment as a Software Developer II, responsible for developing and maintaining backend and frontend services using various technologies such as .NET Core, Angular, and MongoDB.

Currently, Gary is employed at KBX as a Senior Software Engineer, where they bring their expertise to develop software solutions.

Gary Ware obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming and Analysis from Valencia College from 2010 to 2013. Gary also received additional certifications, namely a Technical Certificate in Computer Programming and a Technical Certificate with Web Programming Specialization, both obtained from Valencia College in January 2012.
