Leslie Hardin

Leslie Hardin has extensive work experience in human resources. Leslie currently holds the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at KC CARE Health Center since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Johnson County Community College from January 2021 to September 2022. From August 2015 to January 2021, Leslie held the position of Associate Vice President for Human Resources/Chief Human Resources Officer at Tennessee Technological University. Leslie also has experience in leadership roles at Athens Technical College, where they served as Vice President for Student Affairs from April 2014 to July 2015, and as the Executive Director of Human Resources from April 2008 to April 2015. Additionally, Leslie has worked as a Human Resources Manager at Knology from November 2006 to April 2008, and as an Executive Team Leader for Human Resources at Target from May 2004 to November 2006.

Leslie Hardin holds a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences, a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University, a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Walden University, an M.S. in Psychology from Walden University, and a B.A. in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina Upstate. Additionally, Leslie has obtained certifications in "Working with Difficult People" and "Business Ethics" from LinkedIn.
