Wil Franklin

Wil Franklin, MS, LPC has an extensive work experience in the healthcare sector. Wil currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer at KC CARE Health Center since April 2019. Wil has also worked as a Healthcare Consultant, providing consulting services to various organizations on collective impact, strategic planning, outcomes management, change management, behavioral health, and performance improvement. Wil has served as the Chief Operating Officer at People's Health Centers Inc, overseeing front desk operations, call center, radiology, physician credentialing, and IT. Additionally, they have worked as a Behavioral Health Clinician at THE COUNSELING CENTER LLC, providing individual and family therapy with a specialization in serving families with children who have a chronic illness. Wil also has experience as a Grant Reviewer at Health Forward Foundation and has held positions at St. Louis Integrated Health Network, Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, Saint Louis University, Family Mental Health Collaborative, and Jewish Family & Children's Service.

Wil Franklin, MS, LPC completed a Johnson and Johnson Healthcare Executive Program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Northwestern State University from 2001 to 2006. Wil also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Louisiana Christian University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999.
