Karolyn Dreiling

Karolyn Dreiling has over 17 years of experience in development roles. Karolyn is currently working as the Associate Vice President of Development at Great Jobs KC since September 2022. Previously, they worked at the University of Central Missouri as the Director of Development from November 2018 to September 2022. Before that, they served as the Executive Director at Boys Hope Girls Hope of Kansas City from May 2017 to November 2018. Karolyn also held positions at the University of Saint Mary, where they worked as the Vice President of Development from January 2014 to May 2017 and as the Director of Development from August 2011 to January 2014. Prior to that, they worked at the PKD Foundation as a Development Officer from March 2007 to January 2011, and at the AAFP Foundation as an Individual Development Manager from November 2005 to March 2007.

Karolyn Dreiling received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Rockhurst University in 1995. Karolyn later pursued a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, which they completed between the years 2006 and 2008. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® from The American College of Financial Services in December 2022.
