Lynsey van de Laar

Lynsey van de Laar has extensive experience in the field of HR, working with various companies such as KCA Deutag, Transocean, and GlobalSantaFe. Throughout their career, Lynsey has held roles such as Global Head of HR Operations, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Manager, and HR Advisor. Lynsey has successfully partnered with senior managers and country teams on a multi-country and multi-culture basis, supporting operations in various countries including Angola, Azerbaijan, and Canada. Lynsey has also managed global recruitment activities and provided HR advice and guidance on employee relations, employment law, and absence management. Lynsey holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and is a member of the CIPD.
