Stephen Mair

Stephen Mair has extensive experience in sustainability and energy transition, currently serving as the Head of Sustainability and Energy Transition at KCA Deutag since November 2003, where responsibilities include leading the organization's sustainability strategy. Mair has held various roles, including Sustainability Manager, Energy Transition Lead, and Pension Trustee for two defined benefit schemes. Prior to KCA Deutag, Mair worked at AMEC from April 1994 to November 2003, taking on several commercial and engineering roles, including Senior Commercial Manager for Land and Contracts Engineer. Mair holds a PGDip in Offshore Engineering and a BSc (Hons) in Technology and Business, both from Robert Gordon University.
