Paul Russo

Paul Russo serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of KCB Bank Group since May 2022, focusing on the strategic execution and leadership of the organization. Previously, Paul held the position of Managing Director at National Bank of Kenya from September 2019 to June 2022 and served in various roles at KCB Bank Group from May 2014 to March 2020, including Group Regional Businesses Director responsible for oversight of multiple regional entities. Earlier experience includes leadership positions in human resources at Barclays Africa Group Limited, Barclays PLC, PwC, and K-Rep Bank Limited. Paul Russo holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Strathmore Business School and dual Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Management from Moi University.
