Rocky Otina

Rocky Otina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product development and management within the banking and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital Product Development at KCB Bank Group since November 2022, Rocky is focused on formulating and executing digital banking strategies while leading the design and rollout of innovative products. Previously, Rocky held multiple roles at Safaricom PLC from September 2016 to October 2022, including Product Manager for M-PESA, where responsibilities included developing customer payment experiences, managing consumer research, and coordinating strategic projects as a Technical Program Manager. Earlier career experiences include positions at the International Center for Reproductive Health - Kenya as an ICT Officer and at Mahindra Comviva as a Senior Associate. Rocky holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication and Information Technology from Kenyatta University.
