KCF Technologies is looking to hire a Field Engineer to join our growing field operations team. At KCF Technologies, we embrace our customers problems, seek solutions, and win with them. Essential Functions:
- On-site assessment of our customer's industrial manufacturing equipment/machines and needs to develop a partnership plan for deploying KCF's machine health platform.
- Service of SmartDiagnostics® hardware at customer sites
- On-site troubleshooting and Quality Assurance of SmartDiagnostics® software and hardware products
- Perform customer training programs on SmartDiagnostics® software and hardware
- Answer questions and solve customer problems as company grows
- Continuous innovation to provide value to customer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Reliability Engineering, or similar job experience
- Able, willing, and excited to visit and maneuver through large industrial plants with multiple naysayers and supporters
- 2+ years relevant experience
- located within a one-hour drive of a major US airport
- Ability to travel 80-90% of the time
- Ability to travel internationally up to 20%
- A valid passport is required; KCF will financially support hire through process if needed.
- Spanish-speaking a plus
