Nicholas Palmer

Nicholas leads the group responsible for validating and supporting the technical architecture and advising the clients on their CONTROL® deployments. He is responsible for the operation, integrity, and security of both the on-premises and cloud infrastructure. He also is a key contributor to the UI development.

Nick has over 30 years of experience in software development, customer support, and technology evaluation and is a key member of the team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University.
