Chuck Bailey

Chuck Bailey has extensive work experience in the field of traffic engineering. Chuck served as the Traffic Operations Practice Lead at KCI Technologies from June 2017 to the present. In this role, they managed multiple projects, clients, and a team of engineering and technical staff. Prior to that, they worked at Gwinnett County Department of Transportation for over two decades. Chuck held various roles including Traffic Engineering Division Director, Chief Engineer/Traffic Signals & ITS Section, and Senior Traffic Engineer. Chuck'sresponsibilities included overseeing the division's operations and leading traffic-related projects. Before joining Gwinnett County, they worked as a Transportation Engineer at Gray-Moskaluk & Associates.

Chuck Bailey attended Georgia Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
