Kofi Acheampong

Kofi Acheampong, PhD, PE, ENV-SP, is a seasoned geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in geotechnical, geo-structural, and geo-environmental consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Chief Geotechnical Engineer at KCI Technologies, Inc. since 2006, Kofi previously held the role of Geotechnical Project Manager and Senior Project Manager at GeoDesign, Inc. from 1998 to 2006. Kofi earned a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Early education was completed at Prempeh College.
