Chris Crook is the Lead Software Engineer at KCIC. Chris has also worked as a Systems Analyst at Lincoln Financial Group, an Intern at ICT Group, and a Student Fellow at Technology Integration Program - College of William and Mary.

Chris Crook began their career as an intern at ICT Group in May 2007. Chris was responsible for updating maintenance scripts, outbound calling scripts, and client web sites. In January 2008, they began working as a Systems Analyst at Lincoln Financial Group. There, they evaluated and implemented a new help desk workflow process for maintenance and support requests to all Distribution Systems teams to improve ticket tracking and response time. Chris also created a policy and procedure specification defining terms of service for business units requiring work from Distribution Systems. In addition, Chris Crook was responsible for evaluating GIS components for territory management application development. Chris built a proof-of-concept marketing GIS application in VB.NET.

In January 2005, Chris Crook became the Director of Technology at ThinkPublish, Inc. Chris held this position until December 2006. In January 2007, they began working as a Student Fellow at Technology Integration Program - College of William and Mary. Chris remained in this position until May 2007.

Chris Crook has a master’s degree in computer science from The Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in process management & consulting with a minor in computer science from William & Mary.
