Josue Avila

Josue Avila currently serves as an Electrical Designer II at KCL Engineering, a position held since August 2025. Previously, Josue worked as a Design Engineer at Keen Project Solutions, LLC, from December 2022 to July 2025 and at Sky Factory from February 2022 to December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Service Technician at The Rhino Group, Inc., an Endoscopy Tech at The Iowa Clinic, and a Hospital Technician at Agiliti. Josue also gained experience as an Industrial Design Intern at automed® and served as an Assistant Operations Manager at Hy-Vee, Inc. Education includes an undergraduate degree in Industrial and Product Design from Iowa State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Pre-Engineering from Des Moines Area Community College.
