Marion Sharples is an experienced professional in training and advocacy, currently serving as a Training Consultant at ICENA Ltd, where focus is on trauma-informed practices within the justice system. Marion also provides financial education as a Freelance Trainer for MyBnk and delivers cycling skills sessions for girls and young women through Community Cycleworks. Additionally, Marion oversees student-facing training as a Training Manager at KCLSU and teaches cycling to refugee and asylum-seeking individuals with The Bike Project.
