Jennifer Tozlian

Jennifer specializes in auditing and indirect cost rate reports for architectural and engineering firms, helping them adhere to FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) requirements. She enables businesses to keep valuable contracts on large-scale construction projects that draw on state and federal funds.

She provides financial statement audits for large agricultural companies as well as supervises financial audits for 401(k) plans and Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs), maintaining the standards established by ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act). With more than 10 years of audit experience, Jennifer has worked with architecture and engineering (A&E), agricultural, food manufacturing, governmental, non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining K·Coe Isom, Jennifer was a partner with Stoughton Davidson Accountancy in Fresno, CA. She was also a senior assurance accountant with a global CPA firm based in Silicon Valley. Jennifer brings extreme efficiency to her hands-on approach so that business owners can focus their attention on securing and growing new opportunities.
