Katarzyna Wiktor

Katarzyna Wiktor started their work experience at Novartis in 2000 as a Specialist Medical Representative. Katarzyna then joined BCM Group in 2007 as a Clinical Research Associate before moving to KCR in 2008. At KCR, they held various roles including Senior Director Clinical Operations, Director Clinical Operations, Associate Director Clinical Operations, Project Manager & Clinical Team Manager, Project Manager, Clinical Team Manager and Senior Associate Operations Clinical Manager, and Clinical Team Manager. Throughout their roles at KCR, they were responsible for managing teams, executing key performance indicators, overseeing site deliverables, and recruiting and developing staff.

Katarzyna Wiktor received their PhD in Health Science from the Medical University of Silesia, Katowice, Poland, in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist at Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego im. Bronisława Czecha w Krakowie from 1985 to 1989. In 1985, they also attended I liceum Ogólnokształcące w Nowym Sączu, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
