Mashishi Madimetja

Mashishi Madimetja has over 9 years of work experience in various roles related to business development, sales, and management.

From 2014 to 2020, Mashishi worked at EOH, starting as a SAP Trainee and later progressing to Business Development Manager. They were responsible for promoting SAP ERP and Cloud ERP solutions, including SAP Hana, S/4HANA, SAP Business by design, and SAP ARIBA, among others.

In 2019, Mashishi briefly served as the Director of Public Sector Sales at 2identify (Pty) Ltd, an EOH Company.

From 2016 to 2021, Mashishi worked at Mashmokomate General Trading as a Business Partner. Their main responsibilities included contributing to corporate strategy, overseeing operations, and implementing policies and procedures.

At Neken & Associate, Mashishi served as the Director of Volunteers from 2019 to 2021. They focused on providing comprehensive consulting and delivery services in the information, communication, and technology field. They also developed ICT skills and competencies through mentoring programs and training.

From 2020 to 2021, Mashishi worked as an Account Executive at Datacentrix, where they prepared action plans to generate sales leads and developed expertise in the Business Solutions IT industry.

Most recently, in 2021, Mashishi held positions as a Business Development Specialist at Afritech Computing PTY Ltd and as the Information Technology Business Development Manager at KCS - Krish Compusoft Services. In these roles, they focused on consultative selling, identifying opportunities, and converting them into sales.

Throughout their career, Mashishi has demonstrated strong skills in sales, communication, negotiation, and business development.

Mashishi Madimetja's education history begins with matriculating from Maserunyane High School in 2010, where their field of study focused on mathematics and science. From there, in 2011 to 2012, Madimetja attended PC Training & Business College, earning a diploma in Generic Management with a concentration in business administration and management. Building on this foundation, from 2017 to 2022, Madimetja pursued further education at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. During this time, they completed a diploma in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Additionally, outside of formal education, Madimetja has obtained additional certifications, including Cloud Pak for Data Sales Foundations from IBM in January 2021 and SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business Planning and Consolidation 10.0 from IOCO SAP in April 2016.
