Nikhil Prajapati

Nikhil Prajapati has a diverse work experience in the IT support field. Nikhil started their career at HCL Infosystems Ltd, where they worked in the TRC department from September 2013 to November 2014. Following that, they joined Progressive Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in November 2014 as a Technical Support Engineer, providing IT support services to Zyduscadila pharmaceutical company in their Matoda, SEZ site. Nikhil was responsible for server, network, and desktop support as well as troubleshooting. After working there for two years, Nikhil joined KCS - Krish Compusoft Services in September 2016 as a Technical Support Engineer. Nikhil later became a Senior Cloud Support Engineer L2 in November 2022, demonstrating their growth within the company.

Nikhil Prajapati obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from North Maharashtra University in 2013.
