Najla DeBow, MSLM, SPHR has extensive experience in talent development, human resources, and organizational management. Najla currently serves as the Talent Development Director at KDC Construction, where they are responsible for talent acquisition strategies, employee development, and promoting the company's mission and values. Prior to this, they worked as an instructor at the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education, designing and facilitating courses on conflict management, succession planning, and talent acquisition. Najla also served as the Director of Human Resources Operations at Medica Talent Group and the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Providence Health & Services. Additionally, they held leadership positions at Disruptive Technology Advisers (DTA), Providence St. Joseph Health, Orange County Transportation Authority, and Auction.com. With their expertise in talent management, succession planning, and HR strategy, Najla DeBow has demonstrated success in driving organizational growth and development.

Najla DeBow, MSLM, SPHR has an extensive education history spanning various fields. Najla completed their Master of Science degree in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from the same university from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they pursued studies in Human Resources at UC Irvine from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Najla has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Najla received certifications in Diversity Recruiting, Interviewing a Job Candidate for Recruiters, Strategic Human Resources, and Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing from LinkedIn in January 2023.
