Sarah Schlossberg is a Product Development Engineer at kdc/one since May 2023, previously serving as a Mechanical Designer at Materials Development, Inc. from September 2019 to August 2022. Sarah's academic journey includes a Graduate Student role in the Materials Science and Engineering program at Northwestern University from September 2017 to August 2019, and as an Undergraduate Researcher at UC San Diego in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from October 2014 to June 2017. Sarah's research experience includes working on tungsten nanowires and thermoelectric materials, as well as developing conductive mesh for flexible electronics at the INM-Leibniz Institute for New Materials during an internship funded by the NSF CISEI program. Additionally, Sarah contributed to soft matter physics research at UMass Amherst, with successful designs and presentations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a History Minor from UC San Diego, obtained in 2017, and a graduate degree from Northwestern University, completed in 2019.
