Sarah al Samad

Sarah Al Samad is an accomplished professional in talent development and learning strategies, currently serving as the Head of the Talent and Development Department at Kuwait Drilling Fluids & Oil Services S.A.K.C since April 2022. Previously, Sarah worked at Altijaria as part of the Learning and Development team, where responsibilities included strategic development of learning portfolios, consultation with leadership for performance improvement, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Prior roles include Director of English and Product Development at ilckuwait, Assistant Manager of Corporate Training at Gulf University for Science and Technology, and various positions at Infocenter Training Institute, where expertise ranged from product management to team leadership in training.
