Mark Cooley has held various roles in the marketing and communications fields since 2017. Mark began their career at Washington College as a Program Manager, Radio Free George, where they developed a plan to revive the college radio station and presented a proposal to the Student Government Association and administration requesting funding support. Mark also worked as an Admissions Tour Guide and Tele-counselor, introducing resources and promoting distinctive features of the college. In addition, they served as a student staff member for Alumni Reunion Weekend, assisting professional staff with coordinating alumni events. In 2018, they joined The Elm Student Newspaper as a Photography Editor, managing a group of students and ensuring quality photos for various section editors of the paper. Mark also worked as a Photographer, assisting staff with photojournalism. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Dixon Valve as a Marketing Department Assistant, utilizing Salesforce to enter current and potential buyer's information, creating new accounts, and updating current accounts with accurate information. Currently, they are employed as a Digital Marketing Assistant at KDG.
Mark Cooley graduated from Washington College in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies. Prior to that, they graduated from Easton Area High School in 2017 with a High School Diploma.
