Brian Dyra

Brian Dyra has extensive experience in business development and sales, with a focus on the aerospace industry. Most recently, they served as the Director of Business Development at Kearfott Corporation, where they successfully led a remote team to exceed bookings targets and expand the customer base. Prior to that, they were the Owner of BD International LLC, where they provided business development, sales, and technical consulting services to international customers seeking to establish and grow their businesses in the United States.

Before joining Kearfott Corporation, Brian worked at Woodward, Inc. for several years in various roles. As the Sales Director, they managed relationships with key customers, driving long-term profitable growth and securing a significant direct business deal with a major European aircraft manufacturer. Brian also served as the Director of Marketing and New Business Development, leading a cross-functional team to win aerospace programs and doubling the key customer book of business at the electromechanical components and actuation systems business unit.

Brian's earlier career at Woodward MPC involved several positions of increasing responsibility, including Product Line Vice President, Engineering Director, Engineering Manager, and Mechanical Engineer. Throughout these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in flight deck controls and actuation systems.

Additionally, they obtained a certification in Patent from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in March 2002.
