William Yarbrough

William (Trey) Yarbrough, III is a shareholder and director of intellectual property at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC, where tenure began in March 2017. As a senior patent attorney, expertise in intellectual property law is complemented by an adjunct professor position at South Texas College of Law Houston, teaching trademark law and overseeing the pro bono STCL-USPTO School Trademark Clinic Certification program since August 2022. Yarbrough has a diverse professional background, including over 19 years as a pharmacist in roles at Walgreens and Walmart, along with academic experience as an adjunct pharmacy law professor at the University of Houston from January 2011 to May 2018.
