Kushal Fernandes

Kushal Fernandes is a Principal at Kearney, where since August 2016, Kushal co-founded the Kearney PERLab and has provided strategic analysis on over 1,000 products, advising senior executives from more than 30 companies to achieve double-digit improvements in financial performance. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at XRC Labs, where Kushal supported startups with business modeling and market strategies, and as Co-founder of LayerInk, a 3D printing service bureau. Additional consulting experience includes a part-time position at Booz Allen Hamilton and an internship at Tristar Transport LLC. Kushal holds a Master's Degree in Management Science from Columbia University, a Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from RIT.
