Makenzie Bukovac

Makenzie Bukovac, M.S., RMCP®, CDR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in resource management and recruiting, currently serving as the Resource Management Senior Program Manager at Kearney & Company since October 2017. Previous roles at Kearney & Company include Resource Management Program Manager, University Relations Manager, College Recruiting Lead, Senior College Recruiter, and College Recruiter. Prior to this, Makenzie worked at DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Corporate HR Administrator and Corporate Recruiting Assistant, and was a Division 1 NEC Graduate Student Athlete for Robert Morris University. Makenzie also gained valuable experience at the University of Pittsburgh as a Communication/Marketing Assistant and a Division 1 ACC Student Athlete. Makenzie holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh. Educated at Greensburg Central Catholic High School, Makenzie completed a college preparatory program.
