Karen Segner

Karen Segner, MBA, PMP, LSSGB, PMI-ACP, currently serves as AVP and Training Officer at Kearny Bank, where responsibilities include developing and delivering company-wide training programs to enhance employee growth and operational efficiency. In addition to this role, Karen acts as an Authorized Training Partner Instructor for PMP at Avtech Institute of Technology, successfully improving the certification success rate for PMP aspirants and expanding training offerings for PMI-ACP and LSSGB.
