Ascp Asm Sylvia Schultz

Sylvia Schultz has over 30 years of experience in the medical laboratory field. Sylvia began their career in 1987 as a Medical Technologist at Bon Secours Health System, where they were responsible for microbiology testing and community outreach programs. Sylvia then worked at Riverside Health System as a Medical Technologist and Laboratory Manager for 13 years. At Sentara Healthcare, Sylvia served as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, specializing in high-volume and high-complexity testing. Sylvia also had experience in BSL 1-3 microbiology settings. In 2023, Sylvia took on interim roles as a Clinical Laboratory Director at Catalina Island Medical Center and Kearny County Hospital, where they managed daily operations and staff.

Sylvia Schultz, ASCP ASM completed their grade school education at Siena College of Quezon City, though the specific start and end years are unknown. Sylvia then went on to pursue their high school education at the University of Santo Tomas, graduating in 1981.
