Kristyna Kaucka has over seven years of professional experience in digital marketing and product management operations. Kristyna began their career in 2013 as a Project Manager for Zachraň jídlo, followed by a role as a Marketing Project Manager for CZECH TOP 100. In 2014, they became a Digital Marketing Manager for Inspiro Solutions. In 2016, they took on the role of Digital Manager CZ/SK/HU for L'Oréal, where they were responsible for the design and creation of complex digital strategies. In 2018, they were appointed Head Of Marketing CZ/SK/PL for Empik Group, where they were responsible for all marketing activities of Empik e-commerce business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2019, they became an Inbound Marketing Manager for ROI Hunter | Facebook & Google Marketing Partner, and also a Digital Product Strategist. Later that year, they were hired as the Director of Product Management Operations for Mews, where they developed and implemented a new product operations strategy for the team of 15 PMs and established continuous iterative communications within customer development and product discovery process. In 2020, Kristyna began their current role as Product Operations Manager for Keboola.
Kristyna Kaucka obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Marketing Communication and Public Relations from Charles University in 2006-2010. Kristyna then earned their Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration/International Business from Prague University of Economics and Business in 2011-2013. In 2021, they obtained a Digital Academy: Data certification from Czechitas. Additionally, they hold a Zertifikat C1 (Zentrale Mittelstufenprüfung – ZMP) certification obtained in 2003, as well as certifications in Ecommerce Analytics: From Data to Decisions, Google Analytics, and Website analytics from Google, and Seduo.cz, respectively.
