Automation Organic Chemist at Kebotix

Dal Williams is an experienced chemist and data scientist who is currently working as an Automation Organic Chemist at Kebotix. Dal has always been interested in science and how things work. This led Dal to pursue a degree in Chemistry from the University of Tennessee. After graduating, Dal worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Mississippi for six years while completing a PhD in Chemistry. Dal's experience as a Research Assistant led to a position as a Data Scientist at Fluence Analytics, where they created features for industrial-scale polymerization reaction monitoring. Dal's experience and skills in data science then led to a fellowship at Insight Data Science, where they worked on Recyclops, an image recognition system that differentiates recyclable items into bins based off of university guidelines with the aim of increasing recycling center efficiency and profitability. Most recently, Dal has been working as an Adjunct Professor at Northwest Mississippi Community College.

Dal Williams has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Chemistry from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

They are on a team with Letha Eldo - Senior Automation Organic Chemist, Samuel Elder - Machine Learning Scientist, and Tanja Dimitrov - Machine Learning Scientist. Dal Williams reports to Semion Saikin, Chief Science Officer.
