Subroto Basu Chaudhury

Subroto Basu Chaudhury has had an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Subroto is currently working as the Vice President Human Resources at KEC International Ltd. since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Group Head HR at Berger Paints India from June 2019 to May 2021. Subroto was also the Cluster HR Head - South Asia at Linde India Limited from January 2013 to May 2019. Subroto Basu Chaudhury has also held the position of Director HR (IMEA) at Momentive Performance Materials from October 2006 to January 2013. Subroto has previously worked as an HR Manager at GE Plastics from 2004 to 2006 and as an HR Manager at Hindustan Unilever Limited from November 2001 to April 2004. Their work experience also includes the role of Asst Manager Personnel at Usha Martin Industries, Ranchi from 1998 to 2001.

Subroto Basu Chaudhury obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Xavier Institute of Social Service between 1993 and 1995. Their field of study focused on HRD and Industrial Relations.
