Vishal Mariya

Vishal Mariya has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Vishal currently works as the Vice President of Human Resources at KEC International Ltd. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they were the General Manager of Human Resources at CEAT Tyres Limited from 2018 to 2020. Vishal also worked at Godrej Properties Limited as the Senior General Manager, General Manager, and Deputy General Manager of Human Resources from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, they have experience working at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd as the Deputy General Manager and Manager of Human Resources, where they successfully managed a Joint Venture project in Africa. Vishal began their career as a Manager of Human Resources at Godrej Agrovet Ltd in 2007.

Vishal Mariya completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, between 2005 and 2007.
