C. Julius Hahn

C. Julius Hahn, EdD, MHA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. C. Julius has held various leadership roles in different organizations, starting with their position as Manager, Managed Care Analytics at Dignity Health from 2007 to 2013. In this role, they focused on coordinating analytical activities and financial modeling.

Hahn then moved on to L.A. Care Health Plan, where they initially served as Manager, Medical Payment Systems and Services from 2013 to 2014. C. Julius handled the implementation of contracts and payment processes with healthcare partners. Later, as Manager, Payer Analytics & Strategy from 2014 to 2015, they played a key role in the largest public health plan in the US, overseeing payer analytics and strategy.

Hahn's next position was at MemorialCare Health System, where they worked as Dual Role: Director, Population Health | Director, ACO Analytics from 2015 to 2017. C. Julius contributed to the growth of population health and accountable care organizations (ACOs) and managed various initiatives such as claims analysis, analytics implementation, and enterprise-wide population health programs.

Finally, Hahn joined Keck Medicine of USC in 2017 as a Dual Role: Director, Enterprise Data Analytics & Business Intelligence & Director, Population Health. C. Julius managed five IT teams and initiated the Population Health Department. C. Julius'sresponsibilities included overseeing data analytics, business intelligence, enterprise data warehouse, database management, data science, and data governance. C. Julius also focused on transforming the organization into a value-based health system.

Throughout their career, Hahn has demonstrated expertise in data analytics, financial modeling, contract management, and population health.

C. Julius Hahn, EdD, MHA holds a Doctor of Education degree in Organization Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Social and Behavioral Research Best Practices for Clinical Research and Social-Behavioral Human Subjects from CITI Program.
