Elise Myers

Elise Myers currently holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Keck Medicine of USC since January 2025. Prior to this role, Myers served as Vice President of Revenue Cycle at R1 RCM for a brief period following a move from Providence St. Joseph Health, where Myers had multiple roles including Vice President of Revenue Cycle Clinical Revenue Integrity and Vice President of Strategy & Innovation in Revenue Cycle. Earlier in the career, Myers worked as System Director of Revenue Cycle at Providence Health & Services and as a Management Consultant at Point B, where strategic execution for various high-profile clients was a focus. Additional experience includes a Senior Manager role at Accenture and a position in Human Resources at Safeway. Myers holds an MBA in Finance from the UW Foster School of Business, a Certificate in Food Industry Management from the University of Southern California, and a BA in Political Science from UCLA.
