Jake Gabriel, MBA, RN, is an accomplished healthcare professional with a robust background in case management and nursing. Currently serving as Case Management Supervisor at Keck Medicine of USC since February 2021, Jake has a progressive career that includes roles as RN Case Manager and RN Lead Case Manager at Providence from June 2017 to February 2021. Prior experience also includes management positions and direct nursing roles at Providence Health & Services and Glendale Adventist Medical Center.
