Martin Rose

Martin Rose has extensive experience in case management and social work, demonstrating a strong background in healthcare and social services. Currently serving as the Manager of Case Management for Medicaid and Individual at Priority Health since November 2021, Martin previously held roles such as Case Management Supervisor and Care Manager at WakeMed, as well as Clinical Case Manager at Duke University Health System, specializing in inpatient heart transplant and LVAD cases. Martin's earlier experience includes positions in care management and social work with organizations such as UNC Physicians Network, the State of North Carolina, and various nonprofit agencies. Martin holds a Master of Social Work from Portland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Appalachian State University.
