Matthew Hudson

Matthew Hudson, Ph.D. holds extensive experience in contract management and academic roles. Currently serving as Contracts Manager in the Supply Chain at Keck Medicine of USC and at the University of Southern California, Matthew also fulfills positions as Adjunct Faculty at Point Loma Nazarene University and Adjunct Professor at both Alliant International University and National University. As the Owner of Le Hudson Group since 2017, Matthew specializes in leadership development, training, and project management, alongside real estate property management and wedding officiating. Previous experience includes roles at Northrop Grumman as Contracts Manager and Senior Principal Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst, as well as a financial analyst position at Taylor Guitars. Academically, Matthew holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California, and additional degrees from Northeastern University and Occidental College.
