Amit Mittal

Amit joined Kedaara Capital in 2020 and focuses on finance related processes across the existing portfolio companies and also working with the investment teams on diligence and fund raising for financing new acquisitions. Prior to joining Kedaara Capital, Amit has worked with Hindustan Unilever (HUL), Unilever, Oman Oil Marketing, Forbes and Company Ltd., and Trans Maldivian Airways (a private equity owned portfolio company). He has over 30 years (16 years as a Corporate CFO of which over 10 years was overseas) of experience and during his various stints, he has actively led growing topline, bottom line, and cash flows in companies as also restructuring and turning around businesses. He is a rank holder Chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University.
