Adriane Westwater

Adriane Westwater has had extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Adriane currently serves as the UK HR Director & Global Operations Business Partner at Kedrion Biopharma since September 2023. Previously, Adriane held the position of HR Director at Bio Products Laboratory Limited from May 2017 to September 2023. Adriane also worked as the Head of HR Operations at the same company from August 2016 to April 2017. Before that, they were the Head of HR at Bakkavor Meals from July 2014 to August 2016. Adriane also served as the HR Director at Noble Foods Ltd from November 2007 to July 2014, and as the Senior HR Manager at Dairy Crest Ltd from January 2007 to October 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Manager at Deans Foods Ltd from June 2004 to December 2006. Adriane started their career at Ernst & Young, where they held the positions of HR Business Partner from January 2001 to June 2004. Adriane's earliest work experience was at Frigoscandia Ltd, where they started as a graduate trainee and worked their way up to the position of Personnel & Training Manager from March 1991 to December 2000.

Adriane Westwater received their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, studying from 1985 to 1990.
