Michele Vasta, PhD, MEng, currently serves as Operational Excellence Leader at Kedrion Biopharma since February 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Amazon as WW Customer Service Prime Program Manager, where significant cost savings were achieved through process improvements, and various senior process manager roles within EU Customer Fulfillment, resulting in multimillion-dollar savings. Previous positions held at McBride included Maintenance Manager and Senior Site OpEx Coach, with outstanding achievements in cost reduction and operational efficiency. Additionally, Michele has substantial experience in operational excellence and project management from roles at Henkel and National Adhesives, and has held engineering positions at Mars and GE, contributing to significant productivity enhancements and process optimizations. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Automation & Robotics and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from prestigious Italian universities.
