Chris Osterholz

Chris Osterholz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and lean manufacturing. Currently serving as the Sr. Operational Excellence Leader at Woodward, Inc. since May 2024, Osterholz previously held the position of Senior Director - Lean Operations at GE HealthCare from July 2023 to March 2024. A significant tenure at Danfoss spanned nearly a decade, where Osterholz contributed as the M&A Integration Lead and Navigator for the Danfoss Business System, driving large-scale integration projects and enhancing productivity through the Danfoss Productivity Program. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Austin Westran and Continuous Improvement Manager at SPX Corporation, among others, showcasing a solid background in process engineering and lean initiatives. Chris Osterholz holds a Master's degree in Industrial Management and a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
