Myrtle Anderson

Myrtle Anderson has extensive experience in volunteer roles and human resources management. Since March 2014, Myrtle has served as a Volunteer Receptionist and General Fundraiser at Keech Hospice Care, performing reception duties and supporting fundraising efforts to sustain high-quality palliative care. Prior to this, Myrtle held various HR positions, including Regional HR Advisor at Dignity Funeral Services and HR Manager at Ocean Integrated Services, overseeing HR functions for large organizations. Myrtle also has significant expertise in employee relations, demonstrated through roles at Dixons Retail and Northgate Arinso, and has supported policy development at Whitbread and David Lloyd Leisure. Myrtle holds a CIPD Professional Qualification in HR and additional qualifications in Financial Controls and Performance Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
