Lauren Ashley Ford

Lauren Ashley Ford is an experienced professional in hospitality and health promotion, currently overseeing racing and sales operations at Keeneland Association since September 2013, where responsibilities include managing horseman hospitality and client relations during thoroughbred sales and live race meets. In addition, Lauren coordinates employee wellness initiatives and patron experience strategies. At the University of Kentucky, Lauren serves as a Research Assistant in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Promotion, contributing to research design and analysis, while also working as a Graduate Assistant in the Health & Wellness Department. Previous roles include special events support at the Kentucky Horse Park and fitness supervision at Eastern Kentucky University. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Eastern Kentucky University.
